Yeah true, I though to be permissive and allow it to work on older versions regardless. This change makes more sense, as 3.9 is end of life anyway. |

#193 dropped support for Python 3.8 and 3.9 -- it's no longer tested on CI for 3.9 or advertised as supporting it via Trove classifier, but the package can still be installed on 3.9 where it could fail to work.
So only install for Python 3.10+.
