How to compile and run the examples and exercises

1. Log on to Myriad following the instructions in the Research Computing Documentation.
2. Set up your environment in the session to provide the NVCC compiler

• module unload compilers mpi
• module load compilers/gnu/4.9.2
• module load cuda/7.5.18/gnu-4.9.2
