Purpose: Adds a new contact to the contact book

add n/NAME [p/PHONENUMBER] [e/EMAILADDRESS] [a/ADDRESS] [t/TAG]— the fields wrapped in square brackets are optional -

- Note: Scoopbook data are saved in the hard disk automatically after any command that changes the data. There is no need to save manually.
