Update IIIF server to rewrite external URLs, but not schema URLs in these manifests.
- Display overlays for manifests containing annotations with coordinates when fulltext view is active - Link overlays and fulltext sections, highlight current selection - Add a button for toggling annotation overlays - Allow selected annotation to be stored in URL query - Extend end-to-end tests
