Created welcome.vbs

This file will allow your Windows computer to greet you with your personal message on every startup

You need to include this file in the Startup folder (usually found in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

or you can just press Win+R and in the run dialogbox type the following 

shell:startup 

and place this file over there and then restart your computer to make changes.
