Adds the pinned
tempoxyz/gh-actionsscan workflow for pull requests,.github/**pushes, weekly scheduled scans, and manual dispatch. Scheduled runs are restricted to this repository.Also fixes the scanner findings by correcting action version comments, safely exporting the multiline worker build environment, and avoiding an expression-expanded constant in the runtime test condition. The worker export skips the trailing blank line emitted by the YAML block scalar.
