URI function is part of the Router.
PHPStorm, bless its heart, complained about not being able to resolve some of the references in the documentation... it looks like some of these references are based on the public website URL structure. I see in other places that using references to the actual markdown files also "just works", so... am I correct in assuming we can placate our IDE by fixing that?
