Android release job runs on JDK 25, which Gradle 8 does not support #177

Problem

release-android-apk.yml sets java-version: "25" for actions/setup-java since #175. Gradle versions below 9.1 cannot run on JDK 25 and fail while compiling the build script with "Unsupported class file major version 69".

tehw0lf/numveil ships Gradle 8.14.3 in apps/numveil/android/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties, so its Android release job fails in the build apk step. The job has no input to choose another Java version; java_version in build-test-publish.yml is not passed to it.

Options

• Pin the Android job back to a JDK that the Gradle versions in use support, and keep Renovate from raising it on its own (the java major rule already requires approval; the Android pin could get its own rule).
• Add a java_version input to release-android-apk.yml so a caller can choose, with the current value as default.
• Update the Gradle wrapper (and the Android Gradle Plugin, if needed) in the calling repositories to a version that supports JDK 25. That is a change in tehw0lf/numveil, not here.
