This PR mostly constitutes small fixes and QOL tweaks to Banana--some Syndiefied decals here, an extra toolbox there--but particularly notable changes and fixes:
Why / Balance
Banana is a messy map. It's clunky, cramped, and all the hangout areas are hallways. There's basically no Maintenance tunnels that aren't in space, and the anomaly vessel basically destroys most of Science if it blows up. Worst of all, it is not shaped remotely like a banana.
None of these issues are really fixed in this update.
I think more can be done to improve Banana. The Chapel and Library could perhaps be merged into a nicer gathering area. The anomaly vessel could be given a separate area. The Arrivals area could be expanded and/or split off more, to allow for more private hangouts. The map could be renamed to Octopus, or "thing you stick on the sharp corner of the wall so the kid doesn't get hurt running into it".

For now, the focus is on QOL. Banana's strengths are the Shipyard, the cute Engineering gimmick, and being small enough for a cozy crew to keep track of everything, so the priority was to fix major bugs and make things slightly more breathable. I'm honestly not sure how much more work Banana merits--part of me just wants to make our own shipyard map rather than keep trying to salvage a station this quirky--but I hope people can enjoy Banana more with these small issues handled.
