- Use border-box instead of default content-box sizing. - Use offsets instead of margins for bar positioning. - Use recommended `jQuery.expr.pseudos` instead of deprecated shorthand. - Some miscellaneous chart rendering fixes. - Misc CSS cleanup. Closes taitems#102. Maybe mostly fixes taitems#51?
