tested on (2025.3.13):

  1. loongson 3a board (root + nonroot virtio)
  2. qemu gicv3 smmuv3.stage2 (systemtest, root + nonroot)
  3. qemu gicv3 + gicv2 (unittest)
  4. riscv64 qemu (all)
  5. imx8mp (root + nonroot)
