Add Clearstar Warehouse USDC vault metadata

Summary

• Add metadata for the Clearstar Warehouse USDC vault at 0x9902420048aec155f1f1df077f115595530df216.
• Associate the vault with the clearstar curator.
• Add the dark-mode Clearstar logo to the vault and update the curator logo.

Validation

• Validated info.json with jq.
• Verified both logos are transparent 256×256 PNGs under 100 KB.
• Ran git diff --check.
