Added new vault entity:
0x8BcD746976885b5832bAD07B4921E3f2dD1D37030xA0b86991c6218b36c1d19D4a2e9Eb0cE3606eB48), already registered undertokens/0xa0b86991c6218b36c1d19d4a2e9eb0ce3606eb48.Split out from #498 into its own PR since the validation workflow requires one entity per pull request.
