单点登录 实现方案

1. 采用CAS、Spring Security、Spring Boot、Web Service搭建的一套单点登录的实现方案，
2. 项目结构为 IDEA 多模块结构（目前分为两个模块，各自模块下有README.md用于描述作用）
3. 目前尚处于开发中，待完善。。。
