This PR goes along with SUNDIALS PR #815, that performs multiple minor cleanup operations in LSRKStep. The only nontrivial updates are in logging files from LSRKStep runs. The prior version of LSRKStep was inconsistent in its use of
tcurandycurfor the current stage time and solution within its "takestep" routines, and thus the corresponding logging outputs were inaccurate.
