Thank you for your pull request. But I don't think it's necessary, submitting it to the kramed repo is better.

If you can make this as a option, such as:

kramed:
  todolist: true

I will merge it.

Here is an issue about to-do list, I think it is necessary. maybe @coveralls can delete the test and re-PR again.
