This PR adds PyBlock to stratumprotocol.org adopters section.
It ensures logo is displayed properly in dark and light mode and updates translations as well as unrelated dependency.
This PR isn't blocked by stratum-mining/sv2-ui#203 as the pool works with SV2 compatible firmware without the need for SV2 UI.
