M14: Undo and Redo buttons in the mode bar (#4050) - #4562
Undo and Redo buttons (undo-2 and redo-2, Lucide icons already in the repo) in the mode bar, beside Info, Save and Print.
They are greyed out when there's nothing to undo or redo, judged by command_enabled for edit.undo / edit.redo, the same rule as the menu items.
They run those commands, so they also act on the Combine files list while its tab shows, and on Home they are greyed out.
Tooltips: "Undo (Ctrl+Z)" and "Redo (Ctrl+Shift+Z)", with the platform's keys.
The search field takes the room the mode tabs leave, from 90 to 260 pt, and it already elides its placeholder. Without this, the two new buttons would push it over "E-Sign" in the narrowest window (820 pt). In German it already ran over "E-Signatur" on main at that width.
undo_and_redo_buttons_in_the_mode_bar: both greyed out at first; after a rotation Undo is on; clicking Undo and then Redo takes it back and puts it back; both greyed out on Home.
the_search_field_leaves_the_mode_tabs_clear_in_the_narrowest_window: at 820 pt, in English and German, the search field sits between the last mode tab and Undo.
Seen failing: with the buttons always enabled, the first test fails; with the search field fixed at 260 pt, the second fails.

Include active comment drawings in Undo enablement.
During a polygon, cloud, or connected-line drawing, app.undo() removes the last point with comments.undo_point(). The mode-bar predicate checks only the document undo history, so it can disable Undo while the active drawing has a removable point.
Update command_enabled, not only the mode-bar predicate. app.run_command("edit.undo") checks command_enabled again before dispatching to undo().

Undo takes back the last point of a polygon, cloud or connected lines
being drawn, but the command counted only the document's history as
something to undo, so the new mode-bar button (and Edit ▸ Undo) was
greyed out while drawing in a document with no earlier change. A drawing
with a point to take back now enables it (CodeRabbit on storytold#4562).
