Adding imageType to infraEnv

Adding the ability to choose between download of minimal or full ISO

• Translation is updated
• Discovery form elements where re organized
• Modal host is now handling imageType
• Discovery group control layout is updated with Flex element instead of Stack

Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
