heroku v0.2.0

The server side logic has been moved to its own class (locache.root.Endpoint), and is covered by unit tests.

• returned JSON now includes a timeUntilTomorrow field that gives the seconds until 00:00, local time.
• apiary documentation is finally up-to-date.
