Hi @stepanogil! 👋 This PR adds GitAgent Protocol (GAP) support to your autonomous HR chatbot — a small open standard for portable, interoperable AI agents (https://gitagent.sh).

What this adds (nothing else is touched):

• agent.yaml — a standard manifest capturing your agent's name, version, model preference (openai:gpt-4o with gpt-3.5-turbo as fallback), runtime settings, and compliance metadata
• SOUL.md — your agent's persona and operating instructions in the standard GAP format, faithfully distilled from your README and source code

Why this matters for your project:
With these two files your HR chatbot can run on any GAP-compatible runtime (Claude Code, GitClaw, and others) without re-wiring configuration. It also becomes listable in the Open GAP Registry — giving your project more visibility in the growing agent ecosystem.

Nothing is changed or removed — this is purely additive. Feel free to tweak the files, request changes, or close if it's not a fit. Thanks for building in the open! 🤝
