With `sccache: s3`, repositories shared the flat `cache/sccache` namespace. The action now exports `cache/sccache/<repository-id>/<runner-os>-<runner-arch>/v1`, isolating compiler cache objects by repository and platform. - Build the prefix from the stable repository ID and runner platform, with a sanitized owner/name fallback when the ID is unavailable. - Keep generated paths under `cache/sccache` and version the layout. - Document the cold-cache migration and verify the generated prefix on Linux and Windows. The first run with this change starts a cold cache for each repository and platform. Objects under the old prefix expire through the stack's cache lifecycle rule.
