Core functionality working but still needs polish

The rsp server and debugger interface is now in a state where I would say it is usable if you can tolerate working around some edge cases.
There is also alot to be done to make the rsp server launch more nicely and give more flexibility with which device you chose to debug.

There are some known issues with sw breakpoints still if you terminate or cut power to the device at the wrong time.
