PR Description
As discussed internally, we would like to open https://github.com/spryker-projects/migration-program-sdk for a public usage. For that, we need to document the tool and mention it along with Upgrader documentation, making sure Upgrader stays our main tool, and migration-sdk supports cases when Upgrader is not applicable.
