…urrently just a clone of the Grenade, but I actually think that weapon works kind of the way the rocket launcher should work.

1st right click: confirm position, use mouse offset to set rotation
2nd right click: confirm rotation, light is considered "placed"
… Turn off the enemies colliding with each other.
The calculation for polygon light position was borked by the caching
light update. In the process, I decided to slightly optimize. Instead of
each polygon's canvas being equal to the game window size, I shrunk it
down to be just the size needed to fit any rotation of said polygon
