I like writing code. If you use something I've built and want to buy me a beer or coffee, I'll be very appreciative :)

GitHub has suggested some basic questions for me to answer, so here goes:

Who are you, and where are you from?

Mark Gillard. ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ Australian living and working in ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ Finland.

What are you working on?

  • toml++: A TOML parser and serializer for C++
  • poxy: A C++ documentation generator
  • Some yet-to-be-released stuff ๐Ÿ˜„

I also contribute to the TOML language standard from time-to-time, and recently joined the ISO C++ committee.

Why is sponsorship important?

Erm... it's not, really. I make a good living and don't want for anything. I'm only doing this because I've been asked if I would accept sponsorship on a few occasions, so it seemed sensible ๐Ÿ˜… .

...having said that, if one day I could quit my job and be self-sufficient, that'd be great!

One sponsor shouting me a monthly beer or coffee would be fun ๐Ÿ˜„
