Adds CodeMash to the conference data table and closes #10.
Data notes: issue #10 requests adding CodeMash; per the issue guidance, unanswered/unknown SEA defaults to No and can be corrected by organizers later. Public CodeMash CFP/speaker info indicates accepted speakers receive conference admission; no public guarantee found for travel reimbursement or speaker compensation, so these are recorded conservatively.
