Tagging Scheme

Each variant receives 3 tags per build:

• YYYYMMDDNN — Monotonically increasing build identifier (NN = 01, 02, ...)
• YYYYMMDD — Overwritten to point to the latest build of that day
• latest — Always the most recent build
