Closes: issue #59

Ingenuity demo

This PR, supported by space-ros/simulation#30, consists of the simulation of the Ingenuity coaxial helicopter. The model can be controlled with a ROS teleop node, to show the simulation capabilities in a Mars environment modeled upon the Jezero Crater.

The main goal of this package is to provide a realistic simulation environment for autonomous flight robots based on a helicopter configuration, which can be used for research, development, and testing of control algorithms and other applications.

Thanks to the modular architecture of the Gazebo plugin, users can easily modify and extend the subsystems of the helicopter model. In particular, the rotor flapping dynamics, inflow model, rotor aerodynamic forces and atmosphere environment can be customized to suit different research and development needs.

The package README file includes a detailed description of the model and the Gazebo plugins, as well as instructions on how to build and run the simulation.

…ros bridge was created.

Development of a simple teleop ros2 node for control of the helicopter in the Jezero crater environment.
