What I did

These changes are to persist EventDB on a cold boot.
This is part of the Event and Alarm Framework feature.

How I did it

Save eventDB in /host/coldboot/dump.rdb from reboot script.
The backup "/host/coldboot/dump.rdb" will be copied by database pre-start action to database docker during system start.

How to verify it

Verify event records are persisted on reboot. Dump Eventdb after reboot to verify persistence.
