Read:

1. AGENTS.md
2. repos.yaml
3. inventory.yaml
4. workflows.yaml if the task mentions PRDs, OpenSpec, ADLC, or cross-repo changes
5. The relevant file under systems/

Then move into the owning repo and read that repo's AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md.

Boundary

This is not a monorepo, not a deploy repo, not a control panel, and not a CLI.

Mission Control is the user-facing product control panel in sno-ai.

Sno Agent Infra is the internal index for engineers and AI coding agents.
