RaptorCLI V1.0.0 Released

Overview

This release of RaptorCLI focuses on the main functionality of the library, basically what we currently need for the LoRaptor project. It has basic features implemented, like, commands, subcommands, different data types for arguments and a built-in help command, you can check out the example cli app in the examples/cli folder.
