renderHours and renderMinutes add "disabled" if the day is in daysOfWeekDisabled or datesDisabled. renderMinutes add "disabled" if the hour is in hoursDisabled.

Hello - i was looking for a way to fire an event when the day is changed and I stumbled accross this and this method is not documented in the readme
Please add this to the readme.
