SWEAT - Strange WEather in AusTin

Yes that is really the name. This program will check the weather in Austin check (statistically) whether the weather somewhere else is stranger than it.

Initially, this will only check for a few locations. Eventually this will allow you to check with arbitrary cities whether yoour city is stranger than Austin, TX.

This project will be written in rust with Web deployment in mind
