Bump version after stablizing with niv

There was a hash mismatch between the build artifact and the release .8xp. Assuming that the assembler is deterministic (I haven't checked), the sha256sum should be 698543ffeea730058f7878626e3a9c660fb4f99da7e318c8486a49b391ea4332.
