Sub-issue #12 — Source-of-Truth Schema
Implemented a versioned source-of-truth schema aligned with the GTFS specification and the existing Schedule layer.
The work included defining core entities and their relationships, ensuring the identifier strategy matches the Schedule models, and exposing the schema so it can be referenced by the codebase.
Sub-issue #13 — Realtime Models and Integration
Integrated Realtime ingestion by importing functions from both infobus and databus.
Added Django models for TripUpdates, VehiclePositions, and Alerts, and linked them to the corresponding Schedule entities to maintain consistency across the data pipeline.
