See some patches in this PR:
I have disabled building renode to speed up container creation. Since we are not building renode, I removed mono-related apt packages. This will need more work at some point, but I think for testing purposes we are good. It is most likely we'll end up having to include the latest renode version in the container anyway, so some changes will most likely be required.
