Copy the "truth" from the Python 3.7 Tools unparse.py, modify to make suitable for 2.6+.

This is a change from the code copied from the Python code base, in that, instead of naively repr'ing the "JoinedStr", we're checking the string for quote types present. There's gonna be a slow-down for very large strings, but I'm assuming that it's not gonna be an issue in real-world code.
Do a better job at handling very complex f-strings.
Add support for the new Constant AST node introduced in Python 3.8
Include tests in the sdist
Remove 2.6, 3.2, 3.2, and 3.4, mainly because I can't test them anymore.
