Replace htop symlink, which pointed to task manager, with unique htop icon closer to its original design.

Replace htop symlink, which pointed to task manager, with unique htop icon closer to its original design using the terminal icon as the base.
There is some variance in look between sizes. Some of it is a bit unavoidable trying to keep it all grid-aligned. But I wasn't sure if going for the more obvious "H" was better (like in 96, 128px) or a little closer to the original logo (like the 32px one). Any input would be appreciated!
