Consolidate inline script content from
cal/eventsinto thecal/scriptspartial. This cleans up the events partial to be just the actual page template (plus the necessary Mustache delimiter change). (See #783 for eventually making that not inline, but at least now it's consolidated a bit more.)Also reorders content in the scripts partial so the most universal stuff is first:
