This PR updates the Azure Functions Core Tools version proposals across all language templates to include the new 4.3.0 version while removing older versions to maintain a concise list of supported options.
- Added version 4.3.0 as the newest available option after "latest"
- Removed older versions 4.2.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.1, and 4.1.0 to streamline the proposals list
- Updated all five Azure Functions language templates consistently
