Here, the script is ready to run from the raw data (fastq) to the de novo assembley. Mostly, can be used for Virus, Bacteria (provide as a reference for bowtie).

OBS:

1. /.../ should be change to your convinient path in each system.
2. x.xx should be change to your appropriate version.
