hosts is no longer properly supported by #2454 as DNS relay is now moved to shadowsocks-rust for better performance.
String resources are kept just in case. In the future, if hosts were to be implemented, all necessary logic should be in shadowsocks-rust (currently server hostname is still resolved in JVM).
@ayanamist Feel free to reimplement this feature in shadowsocks-rust and we can revert this.
