Motivation and context

워크스페이스 초기 접속 시 클라이언트에서 활용할 채널의 허들 상태 표현 api를 구현하였습니다.
시그널링서버에서 채팅서버로 실시간 허들 상태를 전달할 수 있도록 카프카 프로듀서를 설정하였습니다.
