Input 마우스로 사이즈 조절 불가하도록 개선

• Resolve Input resizeble내에서 Overlfow가 되었을때 layout이 깨지게 되는 경우. #141 @KimKyuHoi

Motivation and context

• Input 내에서 마우스로 사이즈 조절이 가능해서 레이아웃이 오버플로우가 되는 버그가 발생했습니다.

Solution

• Input내에 Max-width 추가
  • resizeble-none을 지정하는 대신 max-height를 지정해주어 text 들여쓰기를 하게 되었을때 max값까지 높이가 늘어나도록 수정하였습니다.
• 들여쓰기 버튼 명령어 수정
  • 이후 엔터 버튼을 눌렀을때 메시지가 전송될 예정이므로 들여쓰기 같은 경우 shift enter키 조건을 추가하였습니다.
