So the code change is fine and does work but it currently results in a bit of a UX issue where the user may not realise that they are still replying to something because the "Quote Preview" UI isn't shown on the attachment screen
Current Attachment Screen:
It would be good if we could update the UI on the attachment screen to include the quote preview (and support removing it) - it should probably sit between the rail view and the input, here is how it currently looks in the main conversation screen:
