ccacheconfiguration in the.github/workflows/dist.ymlfile to optimize cache usage for different operating systems.Caching improvements:
ccachemaximum cache size to1GBon Windows runners, while keeping it at200MBfor other operating systems, to better accommodate larger build artifacts on Windows.tile-ai#2267
