• Add support for uc_gui_handle_cf() in the Driver() formats

• Update the Dockerfile
  --> This resolves The Dockerfile needs locale settings to be set #2881
• Update UC Mode examples
  --> This resolves Lots of UC Mode examples still need to be updated #2880
• Update the UC Mode documentation
• Do some refactoring
• Refresh Python dependencies
