Add metadata to stream

I need to explore what metadata Liquidsoap can read from the source stream, and also what can I inject into the delayed stream.

To add an image for the stream, I need to add to the mp3 at time of saving to disk.

ffmpeg -i input.mp3 -i logo.jpg
-map 0:a -map 1:v
-c copy -id3v2_version 3
-metadata:s:v title="Cover (front)"
-metadata:s:v comment="Cover (front)"
tagged.mp3

Or I could send it as I create the stream...
