this revise was mainly for my HA+Kyocera solar system build.
Kyocera Enerezza Plus, echonet lite ver.R, package inlcudes 0279xx, 027Dxx, 028Exx, 02A5xx, 05FFxx.
HACS/echonetlite_homeassistant says missing 028Exx.
So this hotfix is mainly a patch to successfully add Kyocera Enerezza Plus to the support.
Please do pull with care because I only know half of what I did.
